Note:

Rental Conditions
1. RENTED AREA: The location(s) listed on your receipt are the only location(s) rented by your party. You will sign out a key for this area. Using other areas of the Park will result in an extra fee.
2. DECORATIONS: Please remove all decorations at the end of the event.
3. DAMAGE: The renter agrees to keep the Riverbend Park in good condition and shall not permit any unusual wear, damage, breakage or theft to occur. Renter shall pay the Recreation Center for any loss or liability incurred to the center during their event. If there is liability in excess of the deposit made by the renter, then the Recreation Center will bill the renter the amount of the excess cost.
4. DEPOSIT: Your deposit is refundable in full so long as clean up of the rented area was done as per the clean up sheet and all items of the contract have been followed. In cases of maintenance issues that results in City staff and/or other professional services and the renter is at fault for these issues, all fees resulting from the issue will be taken from the deposit. Should the deposit not cover the entire amount, the renter will be billed for the excess amount. Please also read the cancellation policy for more information.
5. TABLES and CHAIRS are for use in the Pavilion only and may not be removed from the park with out prior approval of Rental Director. You must rent the Pavilion in order to use the tables and chairs or rent them separately. Rental of the Chuckwagon only includes use of the picnic tables in the Chuckwagon area.
6. STORAGE: You may not store any items at the Riverbend Park either before or after the event. The city is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7. KITCHEN: A kitchen is available to rent for an extra fee for catering use and serving. You provide food and beverage service, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, tablecloths, dishtowels, etc. Kitchen use will not be permitted on the day of the event unless specified in contract. Please specify if you will be using the kitchen at the signing of the contract.
8. PARKING: Parking availability is not guaranteed and on any occasion may be limited.
9. Young children attending events inside the Riverbend Park must be under the direct supervision/control of an adult 18 years of age or older.
10. AMPLIFIED MUSIC: (Live band or D.J.) Music must stop before or by the end of your event as specified on page 1 (this does not include the hour for clean up). Renters are to comply with the City Noise Ordinance should it need to be enforced. Should the renters not follow the ordinance, the event can be immediately shut down and their deposit will not be returned. The Rec. Center will not reimburse any monitory loss to the renters in such cases.
11. If your scheduled hours of use for the park must be extended because you are not prepared to leave within the designated time frame, the additional fee of $50 per hour will be deducted from your rental deposit fee.
12. AFTER THE EVENT you are responsible for:
a. The removal of all decorations and all other items brought in.
b. The removal of trash from the rented area(s) and the placement of trash in the dumpster at the outside rear of the building.
c. Returning tables and chairs back to proper storage location.
d. The complete cleaning of the rented area, please see clean up procedure list provided for details.
13. Please make sure you receive and read a rental packet. The packet will have other important information not in the contract that you can and will be held accountable for.
